Who are we?
Short version. At the core, a group of gamers who share a passion for the lore/fluff/story as well as a deep understanding of the mechanics behind the games we play. This fits well with the brilliance that is Blizzard. While many of us have gamed together for years new faces are welcome! The focus for the site changes over time, but for the next few years it will focus on Starcraft II. The Long Way Home .. To be updated .. There be zerglings to roast!
Recently this site has undergone major upgrades ... everything from the php and python versions behind the scenes thru the site cms/forum software has changed! The move is towards simplicity, both of maintainability and of the bottom line .. how we all use the site.
In theory .. the old forums are simply upgraded and we import as much of the old data as possible .. however nothing seems to be that simple, infact it's very messy at the moment in the test environment .. it may be faster or more sane in the long run to repost things manually. It is my intention to bring across the old forum posts .. in the meantime I have added a few RSS feeds and things to 'hopefully' re-ignite the discussions. http://www.starcraft2.com/features/t...urenmarine.xml
